CNC-2200C高速榫头加工中心是时开纽数控针对板式家具等定向开发的榫卯加工中心，主要加工45°斜榫、135°门窗门板榫卯和90°榫卯结构。不同类型的榫卯结构，榫卯结构全部模块化，无需用户复杂的计算，只需要输入榫卯的基本参数，系统可以自动计算相关数据，人工上料后设备自动加工。
The CNC-2200C high-speed tenon machining center is a tenon machining center specifically developed by Shikainu CNC for panel furniture and other similar products. It primarily processes 45° bevel tenons, 135° tenons for doors and windows, and 90° tenons. All tenon and mortise structures are modular, eliminating the need for complex calculations by the user. Users only need to input the basic parameters of the tenon and mortise, and the system can automatically calculate the relevant data. After manual loading, the equipment automatically processes the parts.

1、工艺：45°榫接（单双），直榫，135°榫接，中腰线（加工工艺线、顶头修边），可定制榫头。可对实木料、包覆料、实木多层板、涂泥线条、等材料加工。
2、适用：全屋定制，橱柜、衣柜、相框、大门等组框拼接产品，组框结构美观，精确度高，一体化成型，方便简捷。独特的带预铣工艺能解决各种爆边问题。
3、便捷：榫头、榫眼的位置、尺寸配合在人机界面上设定，可预存300条产品程序。

Process Features
1. Process: 45° tenon joint (single/double), straight tenon, 135° tenon joint, center waistline (processing line, top edge trimming), custom tenons available. Processable for solid wood, veneered materials, multi-layer solid wood boards, coated moldings, and other materials.
2. Applications: Whole-house customization, cabinets, wardrobes, picture frames, doors, and other framed products. Aesthetically pleasing frame structure, high precision, integrated molding, convenient and simple. Unique pre-milling process solves various edge chipping problems.
3. Convenience: Tenon and mortise positions and dimensions are set on the human-machine interface, with up to 300 pre-stored product programs.
4. For complex processes requiring adjustments to the current equipment process, we can customize mortise and tenon structures for you.
