CNC-2200B 高速榫头加工中心是时开纽数控定向研发的一种高速的新产品、操作更方便，更人性化，此外，CNC-2200B可生产多种形式的榫头，如直榫、斜榫、插接榫、虎脚、牙板、棕榫、飘尖榫等三十多种不同结构类型的榫卯，并且榫卯结构加工全部模块化，无需用户复杂的计算，只需要输入榫卯的基本参数，系统可以自动计算相关数据并实现自动加工。
Equipment Introduction: The CNC-2200B high-speed tenon machining center is a new high-speed product developed by Shikai Nu CNC. It offers more convenient and user-friendly operation. Furthermore, the CNC-2200B can produce various types of tenons, such as straight tenons, beveled tenons, interlocking tenons, dovetail tenons, threaded tenons, threaded tenons, palm tenons, and pointed tenons, among more than thirty different structural types of mortise and tenon joints. The entire mortise and tenon structure processing is modular, eliminating the need for complex calculations by the user. Users only need to input the basic parameters of the mortise and tenon joint, and the system can automatically calculate the relevant data and perform automated processing.
工艺特点
1、 工艺：45°榫接（单，双），大小木料任意角度拼接（30°-60°之内），棕角榫，抄手榫，插肩榫（宝剑榫，单插，双插，扫孔不扫孔，根据客户自己需求加工时能够在设备上调整），虎角榫(目前可加工**厚度为120mm的木料)，牙板榫等等。
2、 便捷：榫头、榫眼的位置、尺寸配合在人机界面上设定，可预存300条产品程序。内含计算角度公式，方便对大小木料拼接进行加工。
3、应用领域：古典红木家具、新中式家具。
4.若工艺较复杂，需调整设备当前工艺，可生产定制化设备。
Process Features
1. Process: 45° mortise and tenon joints (single and double), splicing of wood of any size at any angle (within 30°-60°), mortise and tenon joints, dovetail joints, mortise and tenon joints (sword joints, single dovetail, double dovetail, swept hole or unswept hole, adjustable on the equipment according to customer needs), tiger corner joints (currently can process wood up to 120mm thick), tenon joints, etc.
2. Convenience: The position and size of the tenons and mortises can be set on the human-machine interface, with 300 pre-stored product programs. Includes angle calculation formulas for easy processing of splicing wood of different sizes.
3. Application Areas: Classical mahogany furniture, New Chinese style furniture.
4. For more complex processes, the current equipment process needs to be adjusted; customized equipment can be produced.
