SM-2560 is a high-speed doors and windows milling, mortise and tenon machining center with directional research and development. It is more convenient and humanized to operate. It can produce various forms of mortise and tenon, core board milling, wall panel processing, floor processing, 45° 、90° doors and windows tenon processing.
生产加工全部模块化，用户无需计算加工数据，只需要输入材料规格等数据。

工艺特点
1、前挡料靠栅自动停靠，任意宽度材料无需手动调整靠栅。
2、加工靠料靠栅自动避让，超宽材料加工时不影响放料。
3、工艺：45°榫接（单双），直榫，135°榫接，中腰线（加工工艺线、顶头修边），可定制榫头。可对实木料、包覆料、实木多层板、涂泥线条、等材料加工。
4、芯板铣型、竖框铣型、边框铣型，铣型和榫卯加工一次完成。
5、适用：全屋定制，橱柜、衣柜、相框、房门等组框拼接产品，组框结构美观，精确度高，一体化成型，方便简捷。独特的带预铣工艺能解决各种爆边问题。
6、便捷：榫头、榫眼的位置、尺寸配合在人机界面上设定，可预存300条产品程序。

1. The front guide rail automatically stops the material, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of the rail for materials of any width.
2. The processing rail automatically avoids obstacles, ensuring that extra-wide materials are not affected during processing.
3. Processes: 45° tenon joints (single and double), straight tenons, 135° tenon joints, center waistline (processing line, top edge trimming), custom tenons are available. Processing is possible for solid wood, veneered materials, multi-layer solid wood boards, coated moldings, and other materials.
4. Core board milling, vertical frame milling, and border milling are all completed in one operation.
5. Applications: Suitable for whole-house customization, cabinets, wardrobes, picture frames, doors, and other frame assembly products. The frame structure is aesthetically pleasing, highly precise, and seamlessly integrated, offering convenience and ease of use. The unique pre-milling process solves various edge chipping problems.
6. Convenience: The position and size of the tenons and mortises can be set on the human-machine interface, with up to 300 pre-stored product programs.
